Elia srl is an artisan family business. Most of our employees have always worked here. However, in the last couple of years,  a restructuring has taken place  by hiring new young and qualified staff. The historical group led by Mr Elia Enrico was joined by the creativity and innovation of his sons Andrea and Marco who gave a great contribution to the company.
